My name is Annie (she/her) and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, currently enrolled in a program at Capilano University to become a Physiotherapist Assistant.

I'm a Queer and Black Woman who struggled in becoming active, and now absolutely loves being active, from working out at a gym, to doing multi-day treks, to competing in races and triathlons.

On a personal note that's relevant to why I do what I do, I've lost close to 200 lbs since 2018 and have worked continuously on my relationship with food and physical activity and have seen the positive effects that aiming to become the best version of yourself can have on a person.

All bodies, and all levels of abilities are welcomed to work with me, whether you're an athlete or an adaptive device user, you can always care for your physical health with me. My goal is to make all your activities, from your daily duties to your sports, a breeze!

The Personal Training services I aim to offer are focused on rehabilitation, functional movement, longevity, strength and conditioning and ensuring that you can make the most of your physical ability, for as long as possible.
My practice aims to be trauma informed, inclusive and positive. Know that your program will be planned with care and with your well-being as a priority.

Let's move together!
